**Job description**
We're looking for positive, bright individuals to join our busy and ever-growing Customer Service Teams - Account Management or Fleet Management.

**Responsibilities**:
- Responding to queries delivering excellent customer service within the appropriate SLAs
- Ensure that all transactions are logged accurately on our database and with as much detail as possible
- Work as part of a team, and coordinate with other departments involved in each process
- Proactively keeping drivers up to date about their query or booking, providing status updates throughout until closure
- Maintain a ‘get it right first time’ approach
- Take personal responsibility for following directional policies and customer requirements
