We are a fast growing Independent Property Management and Lettings Company.

As a Maintenance Co-Ordinator, you will play a direct role in supporting the fantastic Maintenance Team, providing excellent customer service in person and on telephone. Dealing with a range of administrative duties to enhance and ensure a smooth running of the department and the tasks involved in maintaining our managed properties using our in house IT system.

**Requirements**:

- Must be reliable, flexible, professional, with excellent IT skills, personable and self motivated with a desire to succeed and a real team player.
- Passionate for perfection, articulate and proactive and be able to work in a busy fast paced environment, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred/not essential)
- References required/Right to work check

**Responsibilities**:

- **Answering incoming telephone calls and visitors to our offices**:

- **Fully Competent to use IT systems, spreadsheets, diary management**:

- **Carrying out the role of Maintenance Support Advisor in areas that assist the team**:

- **Assisting in the process of the Maintenance issues reported and providing support and communication through the process to all parties**:

- **Liaising with Landlords and Tenants efficiently**:

- **Working internally with all departments in our Company efficiently as required**:

- **Varied work involving, dealing with Contractors, key management and ensuring compliancy and other duties to support the team**:

- **Initial and ongoing training provided**:

- **Team player with confident communication**:

- **Required to work on a rota basis on a Saturday**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 23 - 31 per week
