**Job Title: Finance and Administration Assistant**

**Department: Finance**

**Location: Kemble office**

**Reports to: Finance Manager**

**Part Time Three days a week 9.00am to 3.00pm**

**Finance and Administration duties**
- Raising sales invoices.
- Raise purchase orders and work closely with the sales team.
- Track debtors and chase overdue invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process, reconcile and allocate expense payments costs as appropriate.
- Routine assistance to the Finance manager
- Arranging travel and diary appointments on behalf of the directors
- Undertake administrative tasks and projects as directed to ensure the smooth running of the company’s support services.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Office and QuickBooks online a benefit.
- Ability to work methodically and accurately.
- Ability to work on own initiative, prioritising, managing, and reviewing workload to meet required deadlines.
- Punctual, professional, and trustworthy acting with high level of discretion at all times.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
