**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact, you'll provide great customer service and help keep the office running smoothly. Strong administrative skills are a must.

**What you will be doing?**
- Handle calls, direct to appropriate staff, and manage reception tasks
- Assist with filling of documentation record keeping, payroll, and meeting minutes
- Provide typing support using Microsoft Office and always ensuring confidentiality
- Support management with diary, meetings, and recruitment paperwork
- Maintain client records and handle invoicing and payment queries
- Manage stationery orders and provide admin support to colleagues
- Organize monthly training sessions for carers
- Maintain client, staff, and business confidentiality

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an office environment

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office is desirable
Strong organisational and clerical skills
- Skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
