The Lower Mill Award Winning Spa are looking for a spa receptionist to join our close knit team set within a beautiful and privately owned estate within the Cotswolds.

We are looking for excellent level of customer service and communication skills with the ability to perform duties of a 5* service.

This is an 0 hour contract which includes working evenings and weekends. You will mainly be required to work weekends during our low season, with varying hours throughout the week during school holidays and to cover holidays and sickness. Overtime will also be available, especially in high season.

**Duties**:

- Ensure that residents and guests receive an efficient, friendly and personalised service.
- Take treatment bookings and work within spa guidelines to ensure that all client bookings are accurate
- To work towards and achieve set targets.
- Ensure that the brand standards, customer journey and treatments are exceptional at all times
- Keep confidentiality of the company and clientele information at all times
- Act as an ambassador for the company at all time.
- Provide guests with the highest standards of leisure facilities, spa treatments and client care.
- Possess the ability to create a relaxing, calm and welcoming spa environment for all guests and property owners.
- Exceed guest’s expectations by providing courteous, friendly customer service; ensuring nothing is too much trouble and they leave with a lasting positive and memorable experience.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable
- Be willing to work shifts within peak times throughout weekends and school holidays.
- Be flexible towards their shift pattern.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times with a positive attitude.
- Be effective in working as part of a well-motivated team.
- Be willing to co-operate and support all team members at the Spa and across the Estate.
- Have a full UK driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-20 per week

**Salary**: £9.61 per hour
