**Commercial Finance Manager - Quick Start**

**Reporting to theCFO/COO**

**Location: Central London - 5 days in the office (some flexibility WFH)**

**Salary: c£50-60k DOE**

**CommercialFinance Manager Key Responsibilities**:
The role will have broad responsibilities and partner with various teams and stakeholders to help drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance of our business.
- Be the Finance Partner for the business globally and drive financial performance across the entire P&L.
- Own the financial planning, tracking actual results and steering and offering commercial advice to the business on a monthly basis
- Provide full financial analysis and support to the wider Agency team, covering job reporting, job budget reviews, pricing, time analysis and forecasting
- Identify issues and establish processes to improve operational excellence as well as business performance, implementing change in conjunction with partnering teams
- Deal with a broad scope of tasks (e.g. business case modelling, lead strategic projects, ad-hoc analyses of business drivers), and establish strong relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Impact and influence at a senior level to ensure strong financial controls are maintained and create value to the business
- Decision making support via analysis of underlying data to help negotiating of commercial terms of contractual / vendor relationships
- Provide assistance on transactional aspects and reconciliations
- Support shared services

**CommercialFinance Manager Required Qualifications**:

- Relevant finance qualification (CIMA.ACA.ACCA)
- Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
- Strong skills in accessing and using analytical tools and modelling

**Commercial Finance Manager Preferred Qualifications**:

- Broad-based Finance Professional who comes from organizations known for development of financial talent and excellence
- Relevant previous experience in Media, Creative Agencies, Start-ups, and especially systems development is a plus
- Experience working with data mining and reporting tools
- Ideally knowledge of Paprika or a similar Project Management Package
