As a Trainee Call Handler, you will be the first point of contact for people in need, providing calm, professional, and effective responses during potentially stressful situations. You will handle a variety of calls, ranging from routine inquiries to urgent emergencies, ensuring callers receive the support and guidance they need.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information, reassurance, and guidance to callers.
- Assess the urgency of calls and escalate when necessary.
- Record details of each call accurately in the system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth communication and handover between shifts.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection regulations at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required—full training provided.
- Basic IT skills.
- A commitment to high-quality customer service.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £24,326.00-£26,272.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belfast, BT13 2AP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
