**An overview of the role**:
**The focus of your role is to help clients understand the impact and meaningful business growth opportunities through workplace and employee experience transformation. You will advise clients on digital workplace strategies to support business challenges, to successfully deliver the digital transformation.**

**You will care about people and employee experience, taking a people-centric approach to everything you do and guiding your clients to creating brilliant places to work. You will be proactive in delivery, aiming to deliver on time and above client expectation.**

**As businesses evolve to adapt to the digital age, the need for a modern and digital workplace and employee experience is ever more pertinent. You’ll bring experience in transforming businesses through enabling digital workplace platforms and updated operating models.**

**You’ll be confident working in a technology environment - but may not necessarily have an IT background or be an expert in IT - you will bring proven skills and experience at leading and delivering management consultancy projects.**

- **Consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client workplace and employee experience.**:

- **Formulating strategies for Digital Workplace transformation, integrating collaboration tools, hybrid working, sustainability and cloud computing.**:

- **Articulating transformation roadmaps and operating models to land strategies into tangible change programmes.**:

- **Supporting business case development and conducting ROI analysis for Digital Workplace initiatives.**:

- **Developing change impact assessments to understand the change to users and lead the change workstream to support programme stakeholders, IT stakeholders and users throughout the transformation.**:

- **Leading change management activities, including business engagement, communications and training.**:

- **Driving technology adoption programmes to facilitate adoption of workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.**:

- **Understanding the typical security and compliance requirements of workplace transformation.
