About the Role
As part of our cross-functional team you will have the opportunity to be part of a truly diverse set of projects across a wide range of industries and businesses. You will get to work with clients across our different services, including Due Diligence, Strategy & Innovation and Product & Tech.
This role is a unique opportunity for a junior consultant who still wants to explore multiple roles, specialisms and industries - here you may be doing market research in Strategy one month and working on a technical roadmap in Product & Tech the next.
You get to work alongside, and be mentored by, a diverse team of supportive and passionate people with the experience and skillset of Big 4 consulting, set in a smaller bespoke consultancy atmosphere.
You also get to support internal initiatives, such as methodology development, internal training, mentoring sessions and ESG projects.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2+ years' consultancy experience in a strategy or a management consulting firm
- Understands how to de-construct a problem to determine its root cause
- Ability to build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders and be empathetic to their needs
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and expectations and have confidence to flag challenges to senior team members
- Strong organisational, presentation and communication skills with demonstrable evidence of influencing and guiding key stakeholders
- A team player who enjoys working with others to solve problems, share knowledge and celebrate each-others successes
- Ability to effectively work with a variety of organisations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
- Ability to deliver tangible outcomes by unifying strategic business case drivers and emerging product and technology opportunities
- Able to identify emerging technologies, innovations and business models that are changing our client’s businesses
- Excellent computer skills, including proficient use of Ms Office

**Location**: Currently a hybrid model. 1-2 days/week in the office on Great Portland Street in London.

**Restrictions**: You must have the right to work in the UK and reside in the UK

**Salary**: Between £31.500 - £42,500 dependent on experience and level of seniority
