Technical Administrator

We're looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication, an eye for detail and a good telephone manner to join our growing team.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, laboratory environment, would be advantageous although not essential as full training is provided.
Recruiting for two vacancies, both Monday to Friday, one part time with 25 hours per week which could be suited to fit around school drop off times. The second a full time role of 40 hours.
Competencies
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Education & Skills
- Grade C or above in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English
- Computer literate and able to confidently use Microsoft products or Google Products is essential
Key Responsibilities
- Analysing samples in a laboratory environment
- Accurately input sample information and analysis into our internal system
- Checking reports to ensure they are technically accurate before being sent to Clients
- Planning and delivering work streams as part of the Administration team
- Liaising with clients and key stakeholders at all levels to ensure high levels of service is always delivered
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the relevant person and booking appointments
- Supporting and working closely with other departments and the business where necessary
- Be involved in regular inspections to maintain our UKAS accreditations.
- Starting from salary is on a pro-rata basis._

Part-time hours: 25 - 40 per week
**Salary**: From £18,500.00 per year
