Starting out around a decade ago, they have been growing rapidly to become an established brand and are now looking to expand their team with a new addition in the shape of a Head of Data Analysis / Senior Analytics Specialist or Manager.

- Using your knowledge and skills to lead the Analytics team in a hands-on way as they focus on Data Analysis, reporting, and other relevant areas
- Take the reins across the design and maintenance of data models/reporting and data automation systems/dashboards
- Gather, analyse and model key data to guide strategic and technical decisions
- Help the smooth running of cross-team data-related projects
- Use data to visualise and improve on the overall customer journey

**Here's the kind of skills/knowledge they're looking for**:

- Track record of working in a Senior ranking Data Analyst or similar role, specifically wihtin the domains of eCommerce or subscriptions
- Ability to use SQL and Python, plus data visualisation tools such as Power BI / Qlik / Tableau
- Strong statistical modelling skills with tooling such as Stata / R / similar
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Access, BI reporting, and ideally a decent understanding of Databases/DB Tables
- Ability to lead a team as a hands-on technical figurehead
