**Production Chef**

We are now recruiting a dynamic **Production Chef** to join our Hospitality team and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents.

**And in return, you will be responsible for**:

- Overseeing and providing leadership and direction for all day-to-day operations in the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
- To co-ordinating the work of the kitchen brigade to ensure that food presentation is technically correct, and of outstanding quality
- To plan, prepare, cook, and present residents’ meals in accordance with the agreed menu by using fresh seasonal ingredients as set by the Head Chef
- To comply with food safety and health and safety policies and complete all administration and compliance documentation as set by the company food hygiene guidelines and food safety legislation
- Ensuring all food costs and labour are managed within the catering budget
- Consult residents and clinical staff when developing menus ensuring that all dietary requirements are catered for
- Working as a team with the Head Chef in developing and continuously improving the service for our residents.
