**About the role**:
We are looking to recruit a full time Property Tenancy Manager to join our busy, fast paced team in Hove. We offer both sales and lettings services to our clients. You will be responsible for your own lettings portfolio of mostly Grade I/II Listed leaseholdproperties in and around the Brunswick area. Along with day to day client interaction both on the phone and in the office you will be responsible for the following:

- Tenant referencing, tenancy setup and check ins
- Carrying out regular property inspections, highlighting issues and reporting maintenance
- Arranging contractors and follow up to completion of works
- Rent collection and payment to landlords
- Property accounting, paying invoices and book-keeping
- Negotiating tenancy renewals
- Serving notices and issuing legal documentation
- Arranging check outs and negotiating deposit returns
- Managing and maintaining security key system
- Providing administration support to the Property Managers
- Excellent communication skills, a can do attitude, attention to detail and strong time management skills in a busy environment are essential along with a full clean driving license. Local area knowledge a huge advantage. Good numeracy, excellente articulationand competent use of Word, Excel and CRMs needed.
- Experience and knowledge of property legislation required although ongoing training given in this ever changing industry.
