We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Information Governance team, as a Subject Access Administrator at York Hospital.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 or 08:45-17:00.
You will be responsible for processing Subject Access and other rights related requests, in compliance with data protection legislation. Your role will be crucial in facilitating individuals’ rights to access their personal data, and ensuring the organisation adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
Deal with telephone enquiries from a variety of sources in relation to accessing patient records.
Communicate with patients, relatives, Solicitors, Police and the Courts, either in writing or verbally in relation to Subject Access requests, providing a helpful, courteous and prompt response.
