Home Administrator – HC-One About the Role As a Home Administrator at HC‑One you’ll bring unparalleled kindness to support residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Your key focus will be managing administrative systems and processes to help the Home Manager run services efficiently, while keeping resident wellbeing above all else. Responsibilities Maintain impeccable financial records and prepare reports. Administer the Time & Attendance system and process payroll and HR information. Support safeguarding initiatives: recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, seek advice and report concerns. Provide excellent administrative support in a busy office environment. Qualifications & Skills IT and Administration qualification such as ECDL. Experience in administrative or secretarial support. Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong time management and organisational skills. Positive energy, natural ability to get along with people and considerate communication with residents and co‑workers. Understanding of safeguarding training and willingness to undertake additional training as required. Benefits Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG. Free uniform. Hourly rate is subject to experience and qualifications. During a shift of eight hours or more a nutritious meal will be available.
