Position: Case Administrator
Location: Solihull B91
**Salary**: £ 11.60 ph
Contract: Temporary 12-month assignment, 37 hours per week
Hybrid working - must be able to travel to above location as required
- In this high-profile department, the role will be in an administrative support capacity at the Solihull Home Office branch
- You will be required to monitor intake, updating local and national records and seeking additional supplementary information from outside partners.
- You may also be required to take liaise with other casework teams with a view to referring cases to them. You will need to be organised and flexible, adapting to the needs of the team at, sometimes, very short notice.
- You will need to hold a good understanding of IT and Microsoft Office as you will be required to maintain accurate records of the movement of files, progression of cases and other ad hoc reports. A high standard of data quality will be expected.
- You may be asked to monitor multiple mailboxes, responding to queries from multiple stakeholders initially after seeking support from line managers and bringing queries to the attention of senior members of the team.
- You will also be required to establish effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support the progression of cases.
- Team work, strong communication and writing skills, the ability to follow guidance and a positive approach are also required.
**You will be required to undertake security clearance for these roles, and it is imperative that you hold a valid passport and be able to provide two proofs of current address and a proof of national insurance document.**
Start dates will be confirmed once we have had clearance back but will be expected to be around February/March.
