We are now looking to add an Operations Supervisor to our lovely team and hope that might be you?

We’re going to need you to:

- Lead your team by example, so you’ll need to be an exceptional cleaner.
- Be organised, assist with allocating staff to jobs.
- Make sure all the right equipment and materials are at every site ready to start each job.
- Be familiar with health & safety processes, especially COSHH, manual handling and working at height.
- Be patient and proactive with new starters and help get them up to speed with their training. Monitor their progress and provide them with job updates.
- Develop great working relationships with our customers and communicate effectively with them.
- Audit each site on a regular basis to ensure our high standards of cleanliness are being routinely achieved.
- Transport your team members to and from sites in our long wheel basis crew van.

Who are we looking for?
- Someone with supervisory experience, not necessarily in the cleaning industry, but they must be a great team leader.
- Someone with a full, clean driving licence.
- Someone with a passion for cleaning and a drive to get the job done extremely well, first time, every time.
- A great organiser - someone who really understands job deadlines and exactly how they can be achieved.
- Someone who is flexible in their approach, we don’t live in an ideal world and sometimes things change, we need you to rise to the challenge
- A team player - we need someone with experience of leading and inspiring staff and making sure everyone’s happy in their work.
- A diplomat - someone who can deal effectively and diplomatically with customers on the rare occasion something’s not right.
