**The Opportunity**
The Edinburgh College of Art is looking to recruit a full time IT Infrastructure Officer t o carry out technical management of, and provide support and development for, digital infrastructure as part of the ECA Information, Technical and Technology Services team (ITTS).

**Skills and Attributes for success**:

- HNC/HND or equivalent level qualifications plus experience of relevant technical/scientific work or e xperience of relevant technical or scientific work, demonstrating development through involvement in progressively more demanding work/roles
- A good working knowledge of computer networking technologies and their interaction: DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP etc
- Proficiency using at least one of Python, Powershell or Javascript for automation and administration
- Excellent communication skills and an empathy with service users
- Demonstrable experience designing, optimising, and automating processes through scripting and/or other automation technologies
- Evidence of successful project delivery
