**Drama Kleenz** is looking for a **Cleaning Supervisor** to join our growing team As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are maintained. You will oversee a team of cleaners and take responsibility for ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning duties.
- Oversee and supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Inspect work completed by the cleaning team to ensure nothing is missed, and provide constructive feedback to address any issues.
- Provide guidance to staff on cleaning techniques and areas for improvement.
- Monitor staff breaks and ensure adherence to company policies, including smoking breaks.
- Assist in training new cleaning staff and help them integrate into the team.
- Communicate with management about any issues or areas for improvement within the team.
- **Performance Management**: Provide verbal feedback to staff on performance issues and escalate any recurring problems to management for further action. In some cases, you may issue verbal warnings with management’s approval.
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.

- Previous experience in cleaning, with a strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills to provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in cleaning environments.
