We are looking to hire a contract manager with a Soft Services Background to support a prestigious client defence and research facility in Porton Down, Salisbury.

**Location**: Salisbury

**Salary**: £40,000

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm

**The Role**:

- To support the client to promote to corporate identity, across all sites, through providing a great workplace experience
- To take overall responsibility for the workplace experience to include but not limited to: soft services, the work environment, customer experience, social value and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the customer to review space utilisation and requirements considering efficiency versus effectiveness and formulating plans accordingly.
- Create a modern and vibrant environment which encompasses creativity and innovation that is complimented with, suitable design and functionality as well as facility lead services.
- Continuously improve the customer experience
- Responsible for the provision of soft services customer experience and infrastructure, including catering, cleaning and front of house services. Connecting operational requirements with service delivery to implement the workplace strategy and design aimingto benefit all employees.
- You will be supporting customer satisfaction and wellbeing to increase productivity through creating an effective work environment which improves team spirit, the correct work environment, improve team spirit, collaboration and delivers an efficient endto end experience.
- Supporting the client with social value activities including employee wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion opportunities, and sustainable initiatives to accelerate improvement in workplace and engagement. Provides guidance on how to develop theenvironment and increase creativity, productivity and wellbeing.
- Line management of a number of direct reports including Logistics Supervisor, Cleaning Team Leaders, Reception Supervisor and support staff. Total team number is circa 50.
- You will be expected to liaise with and manage subcontractors.
- Used to working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to interact and engage at all levels.
- Excellent Customer Service skills and demonstrable experience within a similar role.
- Membership of IWFM is desirable.
- IWFM Level 3 or 4 qualification is desirable.
