**Finance Personal Assistant**

Are you an experienced personal assistant that is ready for a change? Stonebridge is currently partnered with a top accountancy firm based in Egham and is looking for a hard-working and driven individual to work with the head of contentious insolvency.

With over 80 offices in the UK, this is a great opportunity to work for a firm that is modern and flexible and work alongside highly skilled professionals. Our client has grown year after year which makes them one of the largest accountancy firms in theUK.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Supporting the head of contentious insolvency
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Proactively identify where additional support can be given.
- Ensure availability of relevant papers/documents in advance of meetings
- Ensure effective communication and confidentiality is always maintained.
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and enquiries

**Skills and experience required**:

- A minimum of 3 years of PA experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent diary management skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
