Junior Contract Assistant
Harwell, Oxfordshire
£20,000-£25,000 PA
Pertemps Didcot are currently recruiting for a Junior Contract Assistant to work for our client based at Harwell in South Oxfordshire.
Daily duties will include:

- Providing support on inbound and outbound contracts across various projects
- Maintaining contract management schedules from inception to delivery
- Engagement with project managers to support them with the development of commercial opportunities
- Ensuring that contracts are drafted, compliant and placed within deadlines
- Providing advice and support throughout various project lifecycles

To be considered for this Junior Contract Assistant role, you will have the following skills/experience
- Previous experience in an administrative position
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Good working pro-actively with mínimal supervision
- Good attention to detail in order to understand and efficiently perform tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- An eagerness to learn

Desirables
- Experience working within the Legal/Contracts/Commercial sector or an interest in working or progressing into the Legal and Commercial sector
- An interest in the space sector

More about the role
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working (Minimum of one day in the office per week)
- 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Opportunity to buy additional holiday days or sell unused days back to the company
- Start date: Immediate following Interview
- Duration: Full-Time / Permanent
- Salary: £20,000-£25,000 PA
- This is an entry level role and will provide you with the stepping stone into this industry
