**Reward Business Partner**

Scania GB are very excited to announce that we are growing our Reward Team within People & Culture (HR) and as a result, have a brand new opportunity for a Reward expert looking to make a difference

You will act as the ‘go to’ person and right hand to the Head of Reward, responsible for conceiving, initiating, and implementing reward processes and projects throughout the Scania GB business.
- **‘Can Do’ Attitude -** implementing positive change is one of the core focusses of this role, possessing a positive ‘can do’ attitude is the foundation to being able to deliver successfully
- **Pro Active **- a forward thinker and someone who is going to make change happen, as opposed to waiting for change, is a necessity
- **Project Management **- demonstrable experience of implementing, supporting and successfully executing projects is a must have for this position, the ability to pull key stakeholders together, creating a united front
- **Relationship Building **- our employees are our customers, as a department we pride ourselves on the professional and personable service we provide to our colleagues. The ability to build these relationships and the desire to do so, is a must have
- **Organisation **- responsible for overseeing and delivering multiple Reward processes simultaneously which will require exceptional organisational skills
- **Reward Knowledge and Experience **- employing someone with the right values is the most important aspect to any of our recruitment. For this role, we are also looking for someone with experience as a Reward professional.

The core areas of focus and the desired expertise will focus around:
**_Leading and managing annual reward activities, including pay review cycles and benefit renewals/understanding and experience in pensions/ international assignees/ strong analytical and reporting skills_**

**_Customer First_**_, **Respect for the Individual, Elimination of Waste, Determination, Team Spirit** and **Integrity **in all we do._
