Buying Admin Assistant
About the role
This role will provide vital administrative support to the Buyer and Assistant Buyer, ensuring the smooth running of the Buying Office, across all channels (store, online & satellite sites), and both operational models (own buy and concession). The Buying Admin Assistant will support the delivery of the project roadmap, focusing on process improvement and adding value to the Commercial team.
About you
You must have good communication skills, with the confidence to actively suggest opportunities to improve process and work with other teams and stakeholders across the business.
WSET qualifications and digital product experience are desirable, as well as a general interest in wines and spirits. You will have strong administration skills and the ability to work in a team.
