Personal Assistant to Leadership Team

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to members of our Leadership team, supporting them in the effective and efficient operation of their offices.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- To produce correspondence, letters, reports, minutes and presentations as necessary and maintain effective and efficient filing systems
- To arrange meetings, including Board meetings, member meetings, management team meetings, and events including the AGM, team away-days etc; make room bookings, organise relevant equipment, room set-up documentation and refreshments as required. Ensuringthe accurate and timely publication of papers ahead of these meetings.
- To arrange travel and accommodation bookings as required.
- To process holiday requests, expenses and credit card reconciliations in accordance with policy and designated timescales.
- To make all necessary arrangements for, and liaise with Directors regarding, attendance at conferences and other Board appointments.
- To carry out ad hoc projects as directed and any other duties in support of the function with the wider PA team
**KEY EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills. with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise to meet deadlines
- Able to work in the strictest confidence - handling confidential and sensitive data/information
- Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
