**The Role**
- You will prepare and wrap ashes, ready for return to our customers
- Arrange for the return of jewellery and personal effects with the ashes
- Provide support to the Operations Schedulers, in arranging the return of ashes to our customers
- You must have great communication and IT skills and be ready to learn our CRM system and procedures.
- You will be self-motivated, empathetic and thrive as working as part of a team, acting in a manner that ensures the deceased are treated with respect and dignity

**Key skills requirement**
- Experience of keeping accurate records with exceptional attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Ability to solve problems
- Used to working to deadlines and within pressured environments.
- No previous experience in preparing ashes is necessary as full training will be provided. Pure Cremation Ltd is a specialist Company providing Direct Cremation funeral services.
