Job Title: Production Scheduler – Supply Chain (Salads UK) Location: SMB Office + Chilled Factory Environment Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Seniority Level: Entry level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Management and Manufacturing Industry: Food and Beverage Manufacturing What You’ll Do Plan & Schedule: Create and manage production schedules for factory lines, ensuring 98% schedule adherence. Collaborate: Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Transport, Commercial, and technical teams to forecast and plan. Problem-Solve: Identify and manage risks to minimize production disruptions. Leverage Technology: Use ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools to keep data accurate and up to date. Support & Report: Assist S&OP planners and maintain reporting processes for smooth operations. What Success Looks Like Accurate schedules and timely updates Minimal disruption to production Positive feedback from stakeholders What We’re Looking For Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Understanding of supply chain processes Ability to multitask and respond quickly Excellent communication and collaboration skills Working Conditions Office + chilled factory environment (PPE provided) Ear protection mandatory Some lifting (up to 25kg) Why Join Us?
