£14.18 per hour, inclusive of Crawley Market Supplement and holiday pay

We are looking for organised and reliable people to join our existing team of Casual Exam Invigilators. Training will take place on 17th October 2025 with first internal exams in December 2025.

Although this is a casual role, you would need to be able to commit to being available to work on a minimum of 3 days per week during the exam periods, with availability provided at least 8 weeks in advance. Shifts are allocated as and when required, on a casual, hourly paid basis and cannot be guaranteed. Morning exam shifts start from 8.00am.

You must have a good understanding of the importance of teamwork and the ability to follow examination procedures and enforce regulations. You must also have effective communication skills and be able to give instructions clearly.

You will also be required to attend training throughout the year to keep up to date with new procedures and regulations.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role you will need to:

- Good communication skills and be able to give instructions clearly
- Good understanding of the importance of teamwork
- Ability to follow examination procedures and enforce regulations
- Previous experience or working in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential
