Our hotel provides a fun and relaxed space with service that is welcoming and personal. Penta hotels are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to deliver a platinum customer experience for all our clients.

Ideally, you will be a strong leader, self-motivated, achievement orientated an have experience within a supervisory role in a customer service or food & beverage.

**We entrust you with**:

- Supervising the Guest Service Agent teams on a day to day basis; raising any staffing concerns with the Manager
- Ensuring high levels of communication across the Guest Service Agent teams
- Engaging and motivating staff
- Working alongside the Guest Service Manager to develop training and team building opportunities
- Demonstrating and inspiring a commitment to excellent customer care
- Ensuring compliance and maintenance of all statutory and legal, hygiene, safety and employment requirements for personnel.
- Ensuring all reception and food & beverage procedures are followed, adhered to and developed in line with business needs.
