**Lighthouse Hotel Management** are recruiting for the exciting role of **Food & Beverage Assistant (Casual and 20 hours contract available )** at **Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport** Reporting into the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming and ensuring our guests have an amazing experience. Ensuring that all brand standards are adhered to and that excellent standards of customer service are delivered at all times.

As a member of the Food & Beverage you are the reason why our Guests keep coming back for more. Our Food & Beverage Assistants work as part of a team to serve our Guests and create unforgettable experiences for them, exceeding expectations from breakfast right through to dinner, to ensure that every guest wants to return.

**Food & Beverage Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve. Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy.
- To ensure that all guests' wishes are met so far as is reasonably possible. Showing passion and pride for the hotel.
- Have expert knowledge of the food and wine that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menu's to drive sales.
- Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently.
- Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
- Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain our standards at all times, keeping our restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times.

**Where Will You Be Working?**

As a newly built property, the Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport opened in 2020. This new 4 star hotel has 130 bedrooms, bar/bistro, one meeting room and a gymnasium. Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport is managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
