pentahotel Inverness is looking for dedicated professionals to join our friendly and well regarded Food & Beverage team as a Guest Service Agent. Our hotel provides a fun and relaxed space with service that is welcoming and personal. Whether it’s the hotel’s retro and relaxed ambience, the casually dressed professional staff team or the console games being played in the lounge; this is a fun place to work and a fabulous place for guests to enjoy.

You will ideally have experience within a similar role or have worked in a customer service, or F&B environment.

**Key responsibilities**
- Dealing with guest enquiries
- Taking payments
- Serving food in our restaurant and drinks at the bars
- Working in conference & events
- Liaising with the kitchen, reception and the bar and with the appropriate departments to maintain a high quality service for our customers
