**Marketing Executive**

**£40,005-£43,000 pa (dependent on experience)**

**Fixed Term Contract/Secondment until 2nd November 2026**

**Farringdon - hybrid working available**

Working within the marketing team, you will focus on the development campaigns - planning the media/advertising and utilising individual scheme budgets. You will improve the customer journey online and on site, ensuring the sales collaterals are available and up to date. Working with cross-functional teams and agencies, you will develop and coordinate scheme branding and place-making activities and deliver marketing materials in line with the strategy.

Please note that this role is being offered on a Fixed Term Contract / Secondment until 02/11/2026, working a 35-hour week (5 days across Monday to Saturday), 7 hours per day. Weekends and evenings will be based on business need. This is a hybrid position working out of our modern, vibrant office in Farringdon, combined with working from home and travel to the developments in London and South East.

**What you'll need**
- An understanding of marketing principles through offline, digital & social media channels - including implementing digital strategies, SEO and PPC.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy of marketing collateral
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and colleagues
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
- Proficiency in using and managing CRM/CMS systems and other communication systems, including SharePoint, Teams, and the full MS Office Suite.
