You will be passionate about recruitment and have drive and energy to talk with enthusiasm about a career at Everyturn Mental Health. **Key responsibilities**: - Take the lead in organizing recruitment days and events, and support the Talent Acquisition Partner in establishing connections with local colleges and universities. These initiatives will serve to promote Everyturn as a desirable employer and foster relationships with prospective talents. - In collaboration with the marketing team, contribute to the development of an engaging employer brand. Through effective recruitment-focused strategies, leverage social media channels to share vacancies, compelling stories about our people, and captivating content that showcases Everyturn as an employer of choice. - Maintain all recruitment data to ensure accurate records are kept regarding the recruitment progress and activity. **About you** - Significant demonstrable experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally gained in-house or via a professional services agency. - Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage specialist vacancies in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient delivery against agreed timescales. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with demonstrable experience of influencing and advising hiring managers. **What we offer in return** We are proud to have been recognised and certified as a Great Place to Work, which speaks volumes on how much we value our staff members.
