**About this opportunity**:
We now have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 6-12month Fixed term contract, to support the recruitment of colleagues across the group. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a Talent Acquisition team encompassing the full breadth of Talent strategy. **Responsibilities**
- Provide first-class support for our business functions across the RBC Brewin Dolphin Group.
- Analyse and recommend process improvements where necessary.
- Track and analyse data to determine its accuracy and effectiveness, paying attention to key areas such as time to hire, cost per hire and source.
- Communicate effectively and partner with the wider HR function to ensure shared departmental objectives are achieved.
- In line with our core values of “Genuine, Expert, and Ambitious”, be an ambassador for RBC Brewin Dolphin both externally and internally.
- Meet regularly with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress against the firm's agreed approach to Diversity & Inclusion.
**Skills**
- Recruitment knowledge and experience is essential and you will be adding value to the existing talent acquisition function from day one.
- As this is a business partnering role, strong relationship management skills are key to developing effective relationships with hiring managers.
- You will need to understand core central function business areas and be able to operate in an environment with multiple locations and disciplines to enable effective sourcing strategies.
- As this is a fast-paced environment with evolving hiring requirements you will need to be highly adaptable, flexible and be able to prioritise workload effectively. Strong time management and organisational skills are key.
- Abillity to work with a variety of platforms, such as LinkedIn, SuccessFactors or other ATS systems.
