Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will develop solutions that allow our organisation to attract, develop and retain talented individuals, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Collaboration is key, and as a forward-thinking, pro-active talent acquisition professional, you will use your skills and experience to work closely with the People team and wider business to develop and implement initiatives that are effective, future focused and take a whole system approach. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join us and play a key role in developing our attraction agenda and employer brand, and delivering solutions that will enable us to support our organisation in attracting and retaining talent now and for the future.

Work collaboratively with business areas as well as the wider People team to understand the talent acquisition needs of the organisation and deliver proactive solutions
Leading on key projects as part of our Talent Acquisition delivery plan that support our attraction agenda for the NHSBSA, with continual review and benefit realisation
Developing innovative resourcing strategies and embedding these within the organisation
Working with our Colleague Experience team, supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop our pathways into work for the NHSBSA, ensuring these are inclusive and take into account our current and future workforce requirements
Build active internal and external networks/relationships/partnerships within the NHS and wider organisations, to share working practices and build innovative ideas, enabling the Talent Acquisition team to be more effective
We are committed to being a flexible employer and are currently largely remote working. The office base for this role is Newcastle upon Tyne and we do ask for flexibility to attend when needed for meetings.

**Job purpose**:
The Talent Acquisition team provides supports the organisation to attract the best talent to the NHSBSA, enable our existing colleagues to progress their careers, and help build and influence our employer brand.
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in providing an innovative talent acquisition agenda that allows us to attract, develop and retain talented individuals, enabling our organisation to compete in the market to achieve its strategy through its people.
You will be forward-thinking, pro-active, and take an evidence-based approach to your work. You will work collaboratively with the business and wider People team to implement talent acquisition initiatives that are effective, future focused and take a whole system approach. You will play a key role in developing our attraction agenda, employer brand, and our EVP.
**In this role, you will**:
1. Provide an excellent and proactive talent acquisition service to the business. This will involve working collaboratively with business leaders and key members of the People team to understand the business talent acquisition needs and delivering proactive solutions and opportunities.
3. Work with both business leaders and the People team to gain a full awareness and understanding of all current talent acquisition activities that occur within the NHSBSA and enable the centralised sharing of best practice fro
