Costain have a great opportunity for a **Stakeholder and Customer Assistant** to join our Anglian Water framework, the Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA).

**About the Project**
Anglian Water has created a new delivery enterprise - the Strategic Pipeline Alliance. “SPA” is creating hundreds of kilometres of new, interconnecting pipelines to help combat the impact of climate change and keep fresh, clean water flowing across the Anglian Water region. The new network is one of the largest infrastructure projects for a generation and is a complex and challenging major infrastructure project

**Key Responsibilities**
Support all external stakeholder engagement & customer communications for the project
Liaise with a range of external stakeholders and customers including local authorities, other technical stakeholders, land agents, parish councils, schools, and community groups
Work closely with Anglian Water Services’ customer centre, to ensure that all comms and engagement activities are aligned with SPA’s programme and goals
Support the delivery of all comms and engagement activities including co-ordination of events, venue bookings, key stakeholder meetings, logistics and supplies
Liaison with external suppliers to deliver comms materials and with other area leads, site managers and AW operatives to ensure joined up approach
Creation of bulletin boards and project references for customer centre
CRM tool administration, data entry & team support to drive adoption
Local engagement activities including public events, schools, and colleges.

**About You**
Previous experience in delivering a range of communications activities (ideally on a major infrastructure project, although not essential)
General understanding of working in a complex stakeholder environment
Organised, capable assistant, able to support the team that is responsible for working across a range of external stakeholders
Good IT skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Efficient and highly organised with a ‘can do’ attitude and meticulous attention to detail
