We are recruiting for a **Stakeholder Relationship Manager** to join our Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) Framework **About the project** Anglian Water has created a new delivery enterprise - the Strategic Pipeline Alliance. "SPA" is creating hundreds of kilometres of new, interconnecting pipelines to help combat the impact of climate change and keep fresh, clean water flowing across the Anglian Water region. The new network is one of the largest infrastructure projects for a generation and is a complex and challenging major infrastructure project **About the role** Reporting to Head of Stakeholder & Communications this role will be an integral part of the project to enable delivery through overseeing a crucial team that is the 'face' of this project interacting with key stakeholders and customers, whilst also working closely with Anglian Water Services' communications team, customer centre, partners, supply chain and a range of external stakeholders to ensure that all comms and engagement activities are aligned with the Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) programme and goals It's essential that this role can work in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary project environment and align all comms and engagement activities drawing on best practice and statutory consultation requirements. **Key Responsibilities** Ensure the right processes and metrics are in place for the team to deliver in their role as well as the day-to-day management of the team Work closely with Head of Stakeholder to develop the annual strategy for Agricultural Liaison Officers (ALO's) and align objectives with engagement strategy Ensure that delivery team needs are met, and the right processes and objectives are in place Raise the profile of the ALO across SPA to demonstrate the value this role has across the business Proactive engagement with stakeholders is required to anticipate their needs and take on board feedback and disseminate across key teams within SPA Continually review and evolve customer/landowner journey to ensure that we are delivering a first-class customer experience Ensure feedback from customers is communicated and embedded on processes moving forward to improve service **About you** Dependable manager with experience of working closely with customers plus a variety of stakeholders and on multi-disciplinary projects Experienced in managing teams and delivering a range of communications activities on a major infrastructure project, including all necessary engagement, communication, and consultation activities across a complex stakeholder landscape Competent across a range of systems and processes to ensure all regulatory and other outcomes are achieved Previous management experience working across a large complex infrastructure project Experience of the agricultural sector Awareness of land acquisition and water industry act Influential stakeholder engagement experience Adaptable to implement change when required to meet operational needs A key influencer to enhance the landowner satisfaction scores tactically and operationally **About Costain** Costain helps to improve people's lives with integrated, leading edge, smart infrastructure solutions across the UK's energy, water, transportation and defence markets.
