**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our established Team.
To work as a member of the People Team, providing a professional HR support service to colleagues and Managers in ways which support the development of the organisation and its business objectives.
Reporting to the Head of People, the role will provide Group support to the People Team, to contribute to the development and implementation of the HR strategy across the entirety of the business. As Senior HR Adviser your role will be to support an develop the team of HR Advisers within the team and increase their exposure to a complex employee relation caseload.
This is Hybrid role based at our Swinderby Office with travel to other services around the UK as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Work as part of the People Team to review and maintain HR Policy, taking ownership of all template documentation which is to be kept up to date in line with best practice, policies, employment legislation and the relevant regulatory frameworks.
Recommend appropriate courses of action in respect of highly complex employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence issues.
Work closely with the Head of People and People Business Partners in change management activities, including consultations and changes to terms and conditions.
Support the Head of People in a quality checking capacity, ensuring that documentation is consistent, robust and delivered at a high standard across all employment relation matters.
Provide advice and support to Senior Managers, coaching new managers into post, leading by example, on people management issues.
Act as the key point of contact for the delivery of Management training for HR related issues such as absence management, disciplinary and management inductions.
Work on own initiative, and to regularly communicate and meet with the team of HR Advisors to ensure generalist HR support is provided consistently on a range of employment relation issues across the business.
Provide direct support to the Head of People, carrying out HR operational administrative work, dealing with correspondence as required.
Ensure that accurate and current HR records are maintained, and confidentiality is maintained at all times within the constraints of the Data Protections Act, Freedom of Information etc to meet all internal and external requirements.
Undertake projects as required in order to enhance the HR service provision, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
Identify personal training needs and attend appropriate training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
