Support Admin to help run our office professionally and efficiently. manner.

Responsibilities and Duties
- **Sales Admin**:Provisioning orders for the sales team via our suppliers.
- **Sales Admin**:Hardware order processing, fulfilling orders for sales team.
- **Support**: Logging faults and issues onto our CRM system and managing customer support mailbox.
- **Support**:Onsite visits to aid with installations.

Qualifications and Skills
- Previous office/admin experience a distinct advantage however not essential.
- PC literate especially MS Office 365, Access Databases and SharePoint.
- An interest in technology would be an advantage.
- Professional Telephone manner Friendly, personable and able to work within a small team
- We will supply necessary training and development to enhance product knowledge to help aid our customers on a day-to-day basis.
- Working to a high standard with excellent customer service ethos.
