Job Introduction
Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our Volkswagen division working at our dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30. The role comes with a basic salary and a monthly bonus, with an OTE of £33,000 plus benefits.
The successful applicant will be targeted and challenged to increase customer retention as well as to improve and drive conversions. In recognition of this we offer a competitive package that will reward performance.
Role and Responsibilities
To communicate with our customer base (there is no cold-calling) the features and ‘value’ of the fantastic offers that our brand and Listers marketing teams generate.
To encourage the appointment opportunity for the customer to experience the car they will consider and to clarify the options available for their consideration
To always agree a next contact point, where the appointment is not confirmed
Liaise with the Volkswagen Centres to ensure the customer is expected and will receive a VIP welcome.
Ensure a Centre communication is also sent to the customer confirming the name of the individual who will look after them
About you
Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills
Self-motivated & target driven
Able to work on your own or as part of a team
Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
Competent using Microsoft Office
Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
