**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the distribution process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Analyse distribution metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
- Utilise software tools such as Excel for data analysis and reporting, as well as Adobe for creating marketing materials.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies using Google Ads and social media management platforms.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement IT solutions to enhance distribution efficiency and streamline processes.
- Train and manage staff within the distribution department, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a distribution or logistics management role is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with Adobe software is advantageous.
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management systems is a plus.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams effectively.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, particularly in relation to Google Ads and social media strategies.
