Carbon60 are working in partnership with one of the world's leading aviation companies and we are looking for a Documentation Administrator position to join their team. This permanent position is onsite at their Hayes location where they have based their landing gear services.

This Documentation Administrator position allows you to become part of a diverse team in a continuously growing company. Alongside a competitive salary this position comes with amazing company benefits.

Tasks for this position include:

- Understand, create, and manage volume documentation, by the use of key performance metrics and then provide weekly updates.
- To initiate searches for missing maintenance records and monitor rectification in a timely manner.
- Regularly review the documentation IT support process, to ensure that it is robust and functioning.
- Working with both internal and external IT support, ensure that all documents are scanned, filed, and logged correctly.

Requirements for this position include:

- GCSEs or equivalent (Must include maths and English, Computer science desirable)
- Previous experience in the engineering / aviation sector (Desirable)
- Very good IT skills and proficiency in MS Office products, electronic file management
- Proven experience working with electronic files and data.
- Understand technical concepts and flow of documentation.
- Understanding of SAP an advantage
