Look no further than this opportunity Our client is seeking a bright individual to join their team, this role covers all aspects ofoffice support based on their front of house reception desk. **Benefits & Culture**: - Stunning offices and welcoming reception area. - Operates globally in other 50 countries - Leading in their market - The office is a walkable distance from Bank Tube Station. - Annual salary reviews along with company benefits package. - Work attire allowance - Diverse and supportive team **Job Details**: - Document Administrator - Full time, Permanent Role - £24,000 - £26,000* DOE - City of London - Fully office based - 9am - 5pm **Job Spec**: - First point of contact for administrative and document control duties - Supporting the facilities manager when possible with general administrative duties - Document control - printing, scanning, binding and archiving - Setting up meeting rooms for events with refreshments and documentation for presentations - Telephone management, answering incoming calls and transferring to the relevant person in a timely manner - Managing all the incoming posts, data management and passing on to employees - Scheduling appointments and diary management for guests - Handling overflow of administrative duties from senior management **Requirements**: - Previous administration experience is required - Extremely motivated with a "can do" and "yes" approach - Very well presented, exceptionally well communicated and well mannered - Personable, friendly, and strong team player - Strong telephone manner - Excellent IT skills, MS Office, and Outlook - Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
