**The role**:
We are looking for a positive and proactive Quality Improvement Content Designer to join our Quality Improvement Team at Cygnet Health Care.

Quality Improvement is key to how we strive for excellence at Cygnet. As a team, we support staff and individuals in our care to work together to deliver meaningful change in areas that matter most to them. This ensures that our services deliver care of the highest standards in a safe and effective manner.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Develop a proactive approach to gathering news stories from across our Quality Improvement work, liaising with staff and converting these into articles / blogs / videos to share across our channels.
- To be instrumental in creating engaging stories from our Quality Improvement Projects, assisting our Project Leads to tell their stories and share important outcomes from the project across with stakeholders the health and social care sector.
- To take creative ownership of our QI Branding, creating a strong identity for the Team that is consistent across all assets and communication.

**We are looking for someone who is...**
- Experience of working within the health or social care sector will be an advantage.
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience of using video editing software to create high quality videos and content.
- To be able to prioritise multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs on time, often under tight deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, including excellent proofreading skills
