Applause IT are looking for a contract Product Owner to join a leading frontline technology business working in their eCommerce and Digital Products, based in Stockport. This is the start of a multi-million-pound digital programme to improve their currentweb, system, and mobile offerings so is a truly exciting time to work on these innovations.

You will work closely with an internal team of Product Owners. You will be involved in retaining core principles of agile delivery to the business needs, working with customer collaboration, and communicating new product features to the key stakeholders.You will be involved in creating, maintaining, and looking after Product Backlog, working on user stories, and communicating the business needs to the scrum teams. You will also be leading workshops and assessing the evolving product needs.

You will have experience as a Product Owner ideally in an eCommerce environment and Agile development practices, with a customer-oriented mindset. You will have first-class communication skills with strong stakeholder management. You should be able to demonstratecommercial Product knowledge with agile / Scrum principles and any financial industry knowledge would be useful, although not essential
