Our Client is looking to hire a Senior Online Fundraising Officer.

The Supporter-led Fundraising (SLF) Department is responsible for mass fundraising through enabling individuals, communities and companies to support them through their own talents and passions. As well as driving registrations and income through third party,virtual and mass participation events and managing these relationships to maximise income.

The Online Fundraising Team is key to the success of SLF as they work across Regional, Sporting Events, Marketing and Corporate teams to ensure correct, processes are in place, teams are working effectively together, and that the department can maximisethe opportunities and innovation that comes through online fundraising platforms and fundraisers.

The role of Senior Online Fundraising Officer will work with the Supporter Engagement & Online Fundraising Manager to identify trends, lead online fundraising campaigns, spot potential and line manage 2 x Online Fundraising Team Executives to support SLFin delivering their strategy and meet their annual income target.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Supporter Engagement Team, Regional Fundraising Team, Sporting Events Team and Digital Team to ensure they are identifying and partaking in the latest, most relevant and time-worthy online fundraising campaignsto ensure maximum income generation for SLF and them.

**Main duties and responsibilities of the role**:
**Facebook Challenges**
- Lead a minimum of 3 x Facebook Challenges per year, bringing all relevant teams together to ensure the Challenges are reaching the right audiences, supporters are stewarded appropriately, and the opportunities of these events are maximised
- Build relationships with other third sector organisations to share ideas, successes and concerns to build robust Facebook challenges and spot new opportunities.

**Streaming**
- Work with the Supporter Engagement & Online Fundraising Manager to implement the Streaming strategy considering the work already undertaken by their Gamers Project Group
- Be the lead contact for all relevant streaming and gaming fundraising sites and understand how to use them for full income potential.

**Lead generation and trend hunting**
- Work closely with the Digital Team to spot fundraising leads through their current social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn and communicate to the relevant teams for maximum income generation potential
- Work with the Digital Team to identify new potential fundraising platforms and digital methods of fundraising, e.g. TikTok and cryptocurrency

**Additional Information**:
Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals. This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.

**Salary**: Circa £34,000 per annum, plus benefits
