Advanced Supply Chain are looking to hire an ambitious and skilled Client Relations Advisor to help manage, build, and retain their key accounts. This is a full-time permanent position based at our Halifax site in Holmfield, in return we can offer you a competitive salary.

Our Client Relations Advisor will have multiple direct reports into them from our fellow account manager team and together you will ensure you are consistently building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, through maintaining regular contact. Our Senior Account Manage will also be expected to manage the team in a fair manner constantly to enable them to produce high quality work, to do this, we would expect that you are giving your team regular reviews to order to help develop and improve their performance. We will also expect our Senior Key Account Manager to produce weekly and monthly KPI’s in accordance with current KPI’s and provide forecasts required.

**Roles and Responsibilities of our Cleint Relations Advisor**:

- Be on-hand to manage all customer’s expectations and manage these efficiently and effectively in line with achievable operational service levels, this may also include attending visits off site
- Take responsibility for ensuring invoicing and stock control is accurate on an on-going basis giving feedback to the team as appropriate
- Maximising profits by looking for new income opportunities and make these happen
- Train and coach, your direct reports and provide feedback on their overall performance both positive and constructive and give guidance on how they can improve and provide support to them in the day to day running of the accounts
- Encourage Account Managers to identify opportunities to improve customer service levels

**Skills and experience of our Cleint Relations Advisor**:

- Previous experience within a customer service environment
- Confident using IT systems to input and extract data
- Experience of stock control and warehousing processes
- Strong people management skills
- The ability and drive to deliver KPI’s and customer SLA’s
