- ideally with experience in accounts and invoicing._**

**About the Role**

Matched with your finance administration experience, JMR Healthcare have an exciting opportunity for someone to help support our already well-established office team. You will be supporting Director of JMR Healthcare as well as aiding in the processing of invoices.

The right individual will be joining the business at a pivotal time after a period of significant growth and change. We are looking for someone with working finance administration experience who is potentially willing to head the development of a finance team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Process Payroll every Monday and the aftercare admin of this.
- Facilitate all company payments.
- Process VAT receipts from expense payments and VAT liability for raised invoices
- Liaise with our Accountants & Payroll
- Track and chase outstanding invoices
- General administrative tasks
- Minute taking of Business Development and Operations meetings
- Cover multiple inboxes
- Raise and process invoices
- Liaise with the Director and Agency Manager
- Support the Director in day-to-day administration

**About you**
- Proficient IT skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in processing invoices/accounting experience
- Willingness to undertake an AAT Level3/5 qualification
- Ability to multi-task
