**Description**:
We are looking to recruit an experienced HR & Recruitment assistant on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract. Responsible for daily HR / Business System maintenance for relevant regions including contract administration and facilitating the recruitment process for functional divisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- HR / Business System maintenance for relevant region
- Contract / Agreement Administration - issued within SLAs
- Probation/Starter/Leaver Management
- To provide support, as directed by the HR Manager, with employee relations issues such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, probation period management and performance management and reorganizations
- To maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business, and pro-actively use knowledge to provide excellent customer focused value add service provision.

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Ensure adherence with all compliance standards and that you operate with integrity at all times
- Ability to use own initiative. be self motivated and work well under pressure
- Able to prioritise deadlines, ensuring excellent attention to detail and confident communication techniques
- Demonstrates personal ownership for tasks and sees these through to completion
- Previous experience of working in an HR environment is essential, a demonstrable understanding of the additional issues an HR administrator faces is essential
- HR systems knowledge, as HR end user/data management e.g. Oracle desirable or similar, and experience of maintaining and creating employee databases.
- Experience of working within a busy administrative role with robust administrative skills
- Previous recruitment experience is essential
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Secondary Education Diploma (GCSE, A Level or equivalent) essential
- CIPD qualification/working towards - desirable
