Every single week, literally, thousands of people book their adventure sports experience or purchase a gift voucher through one of our websites or direct with one of our partner venues.
We currently have a full time _**Admin and Sales Support**_ role available.

A full time role based in our Harrogate offices working 9:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Online event booking processing
- Responding to customer service queries
- Live chat operator
- Gift voucher production and postage
- Responding to general customer and supplier queries
- Providing sales cover during busy periods
- Admin support for partner relations team
**About you**
- Excellent customer service.
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail
- Organised
- Punctual
**Experience**
- At least 2 years experience in a customer service / administrative role.
- Experience handling calls in a receptionist capacity or call centre environment.
